Board of Directors
Wilfred W. Chung, President and CEO
Wilfred Chung studied Chemistry at McMaster University in Canada and is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School as well as a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He led the development of the Department of Emergency Medicine and later served as the Chief of Staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. A pioneer in pre-hospital care, he was named Medical Director for the Associate Base Hospital Program. Wilfred is regarded as an expert clinician and actively supports medical education. He has a special interest in physician human resources and has introduced innovative changes in hospital management and pre-hospital care.
Wilfred is currently the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph Continuing Care Center in Cornwall.
In recognition of his contribution to healthcare in Eastern Ontario, he was awarded an Honorary Diploma by St. Lawrence College in 2006.
Wing K. Chung
Wing K. Chung was born in China and received his education in Civil Engineering in Hong Kong and the United States. He holds a Master of Science degree from Northeastern University and is a Chartered Structural Engineer in the U.K. Wing has practiced in Hong Kong, Canada, and the United States and is an expert in the design and construction of heavy industrial installations, power stations, and major air pollution control support structures.
A strong believer in human goodwill and an avid promoter of Chinese culture, he supports and contributes to the East Asia culture development and the hospital redevelopment at the University of California at Los Angeles. Wing is also a patron of the Glendale Community Foundation in California.

Leslie W.K. Chung
Leslie Chung has retired as the Chief Operating Officer of Atico Ltd., a major U.S. trading firm. He played a leading role in the growth of Atico, enabling it to become a reputable trading company in North America and the Asia Pacific. This was achieved through his profound knowledge and experience in international trade and finance.
Building on his success in business, Leslie is currently devoted to the support of education worldwide. He has facilitated collaboration between Western and Chinese universities, and has tirelessly promoted and increased educational opportunities for the under-privileged. He is actively involved with several Non-Governmental Organizations and supports worldwide university research activities in environmental protection and alternative energy.
Leslie is well sought after for his global insight and vision in corporate planning. He presently sits on the boards of various manufacturing companies and serves as a senior advisor to several investment groups. In 2008, Leslie was admitted as a Fellow of the Guild of Cambridge Benefators by the University of Cambridge, UK and he was awarded an Hononary Fellowship by the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009 in recognition of his involvement and achievement in the advancement of higher education worldwide.

Victor W.M. Chung
Victor Chung obtained his education in Hong Kong and the United States. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles, he had a successful business career in Hong Kong, which included associations with the Top Choice Group of Hong Kong, Schram & Company of San Francisco, and High Sierra Ltd. of New York.
Since his relocation to the United States, Victor has been an ardent investor and has contributed significantly to family philanthropic donations.
Patrick W. Chung
Patrick Chung has lived and worked in Canada, Hong Kong, and the United States. His career, which progressed from a focused engineering practice to comprehensive corporate marketing and management responsibilities, was enhanced by a decade-long public service appointment. Patrick possesses a broad-based professional and business background that transcends cultures and spans many fields, including automotive, nuclear power generation, electronics, computers and other knowledge-intensive industries. Recognizing market potentials and facilitating investment is his modus operandi. In particular, he has extensive successes in helping technology companies to identify and implement off-shore business strategies.
Patrick holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Haas Business School’s Berkeley Executive Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
